Who is the Strata Pro plan designed for?
Strata council members, property managers, and building owners who want to stay ahead of end-of-life risks and compliance requirements without enrolling in the full Security Passport Program.
What is the Security Passport Program exactly?
A subscription where Level 3 technicians perform monthly GPS-verified visits to your building, document findings with photos, and produce council-ready reports. You also get the PassportSite portal — a private dashboard showing your building's complete security history.
How is the Security Passport priced?
Pricing is based on building size, complexity, and the number of systems being overseen. We provide a fixed monthly rate after a free initial assessment. Contact us to get a quote.
Can I cancel at any time?
Strata Pro is billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime. Security Passport programs are typically annual agreements due to the scheduled visit structure — speak to us about your specific situation.
Do you serve buildings outside of BC?
Currently our Security Passport Program field visits are available in Metro Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. Intelligence subscriptions (Strata Pro) are available nationally.
